1. Let's Connect

Every session begins with a conversation. Once your session is booked, we'll discuss your vision, style preferences, and the overall look you're hoping to achieve. Whether you already have a clear vision or need help bringing your ideas to life, I'll guide you through the planning process and help create a session that feels authentic to you.

2. Session Planning

After booking, you'll receive guidance on outfits, locations, timing, and preparation tips to help you feel confident and ready for your session. Together, we'll plan the details so your session day runs smoothly and allows us to focus on creating beautiful images. My goal is to eliminate the guesswork so you can simply enjoy the experience.

3. Session Day

This is where the fun begins. My goal is to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience, even if you're not completely comfortable in front of the camera. I'll provide posing guidance when needed while also encouraging natural interactions and genuine moments. We'll move through the session at a comfortable pace, capturing a variety of looks, locations, and expressions that reflect your personality and story.

4. Gallery Delivery

Within a few days of your session, you'll receive access to a private online proof gallery. From there, you'll be able to view your images and select your favorites based on the collection you purchased. Simply click the heart icon on the images you love most, and I'll take it from there. Additional images may also be purchased if you'd like to expand your collection.

5. Final Images

After you've selected your favorites, I carefully edit each image to ensure it reflects the quality and style you've come to expect from KB Live Photography. Final edited images are delivered within two weeks of your selections through a downloadable online gallery, making it easy to save, share, and print your memories for years to come.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner, the better! Booking early gives us more flexibility when selecting your session date and allows plenty of time to plan all the details. While I occasionally have last-minute availability, I recommend booking as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred date.

What should I wear?

Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable and confident. If you already have a specific look or style in mind, we'll work together to select outfits that complement your vision, location, and overall aesthetic. During the planning process, I'm happy to provide guidance and suggestions to help you look and feel your best.

What happens if it rains?

I closely monitor the weather leading up to your session. Whenever possible, I identify backup options in advance, including covered locations if available. If weather conditions prevent us from moving forward and no suitable alternative is available, we'll simply reschedule for another date.

How many images will I receive?

The number of final edited images you receive depends on the collection you select when booking. My goal is to provide plenty of variety throughout your session so you'll have a great selection of images to choose from when your proof gallery is delivered.

Can I purchase additional images?

Absolutely! Once your proof gallery is delivered, you're welcome to select additional images beyond those included in your package. Additional images will be invoiced separately. Final delivery of additional purchased images will occur once the invoice has been paid.

Absolutely! Most locations within the Tampa Bay area are included at no additional charge. For sessions outside the Tampa Bay area, travel fees may apply and will be discussed during the booking process.

Do you help with posing?

Yes! Most of my clients are not professional models, and many tell me they're nervous about being in front of the camera. I'll guide you with posing throughout the session while also capturing natural interactions and genuine moments. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and like the best version of yourself.

How do I select my images?

After your session, you'll receive access to a private online proof gallery. Simply click the heart icon on the images you'd like included in your package. Once your selections are submitted, I'll begin the editing process and prepare your final gallery for delivery.
